The incumbent for the role supervises the various phases of
application systems analysis, development, coordination,
implementation, and documentation ensuring that user applications and
sub-system activities are compatible with total system objectives.
The role also involves systems planning, the review of designs of
applications to be sure all requirements are satisfied; reconciliation
of conflicts within and between staff regarding resources, deadlines,
and standards; and the resolution to applications related problems.
The incumbent would manage Internal team members and outsourced vendor
resources working on these projects and align with Region for
acceptance to the approach, audit and compliance requirements. S/he
would enhance the existing documentation of the current Java / J2EE
based systems.The incumbent would also streamline the processes and
mature the organization to adopt to CMMi Level 3 processes for Java /
J2EE / SOA based systems

The person will be responsible for retail branch operations and
relationship management for all products being offered to retail &
corporate clients; including third party products.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Principal responsibilities includes managing existing and new retail

opening of accounts within prescribed TAT, transaction processing etc.
11.Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and possible
solutions to address the concerns
12.Play an active role in new products, processes, systems roll out
13.Comply with bank policies and procedures to ensure safety and
security of bank\'s and customer\'s assets
14.Provide constructive feedback, identify training & development
needs of the team & conduct internal training at frequent intervals to
meet the training requirements
15.Define Goals & performance parameters for the team & guide/coach
them in achieving the same
16. Responsible for branch audits and compliances
17. Fairly good knowledge of RBI/FEMA/ICC/UCP rules as applicable
18.Maintain personal and team discipline (branch timings, attendance,
grooming standards etc) in the office
19. Should be well versed on financial services market/ awareness of
current affairs
20. AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantage
