THE POSITION


To develop a strong partnership relation with major customers with the aim of influencing their key decision makers in establishing Batelco as their first choice Telecommunication solutions provider, in order to maximize sales revenues generated.
 


THE ROLE


� Tracks, analyses and understands customers' business procurement process and buying criteria; anticipates their needs and translates into present and future requirements for ICT services and tailored solutions.
� Manages entire sales cycle including customer profiling, account planning and lead generation.
� Cross-functional coordination; Follow up of customer service requests; Proactively interacts with all related sections to ensure smooth Quotation Preparation, and efficient processing & delivery of customer's orders.
� Bears overall responsibility in managing, monitoring and ensuring ongoing performance with the achievement of targets / budgets for assigned accounts.



THE CANDIDATE


� With a BSc degree or equivalent in related field.
� At least 2 years experience in marketing the service industry.
� Track experience in Telecom and IT (ICT Solutions).
� Strong analytical skills (adept at Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and often conflicting priorities, ability to recognise problems, high tolerance of ambiguity.
� Fluent in both English and Arabic.
